Hello beautiful souls, how exciting is it to keep track of your New Year’s resolutions and see the progress you’ve made!
It’s been around 40 days since we set the new years resolutions and decided to commit to it, and to be honest I haven’t been following them all but I can swear that I am doing my best.
Starting with Fitness, you may have noticed if you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat that I have been going to the gym three to four times a week in the morning before work, and let me tell you it’s not easy to get out of bed but once you are at the gym, you get the greatest feeling and you stay full energy all day long which is my motivation to go in the first place. I wake up at 6 am (I don’t like sleeping I consider it a waste of time lol) I’ll be at the gym at 7 am train till 8:10 am then shower and go to work 8:30 am. My work and gym are in the same building so this is really great!
Regarding health, I went to Healthy Happy Us once again and the results were great! I lost 1.6 kg which is the exact amount that I needed to lose and they told me what I need to add into my diet now in order to grow muscles – I don’t mean manly muscles just a bit of body toning – I love meeting with them because they make me feel at ease with my diet and lifestyle, I’m very harsh on myself a little perfectionist. They understand the emotional eating and we are working on mindful eating at the time being. Life can be stressful no? But it’s more important how to deal with stress.
